I created this photo series, A Meeting Of Friends, years ago in Charlotte, NC. With the help of some mascot heads purchased for a couple bucks on eBay, along with a friend's basement, I was able to come up with this fun/horrifying series. The photos were taken with an SLR on slide film and then exposed onto peely Polaroid film using a Polaroid Transfer machine. Applying the Polaroids to paper during development and then peeling them up yielded the natural, distressed textures.

This photo series, When The Sky Fell, was created around the idea of old photographs of a post-apocalyptic future, recovered from a still more distant future. The photos were taken with an SLR on slide film and then exposed onto peely Polaroid film using a Polaroid Transfer machine. Applying the Polaroids to paper during development and then peeling them up yielded the natural, distressed textures. No Instagram here, folks!
